Noise levels must be maintained to avoid disturbing other coworkers.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, or use of prohibited substances within the premises is strictly forbidden.
3. Booking & Payments

All bookings (daily, hourly, or monthly) must be made in advance through our official channels — website, WhatsApp, or front desk.

Payment must be completed before the start of the service period.

Pricing is subject to change based on availability, seat type, and duration.

Late payments or defaults may result in suspension of services without refund.
4. Access & Security

Access to SNJ CoWork premises is allowed during operating hours (09:00 AM to 08:00 PM) unless you have a 24/7 access plan.

Visitors must register at the reception.

Users are responsible for the safety of their belongings; SNJ CoWork is not liable for theft, loss, or damage of personal property.

CCTV cameras operate throughout the premises for safety and monitoring.
5. Internet & IT Usage

High-speed WiFi is provided for professional use only.

Activities such as spamming, hacking, or illegal downloads are strictly prohibited.

Any misuse of internet services leading to legal issues will be the sole responsibility of the user.
6. Conduct & Community Guidelines

Members are expected to maintain professional decorum, respect others’ privacy, and keep shared areas clean.

SNJ CoWork reserves the right to terminate any membership or access if behavior is found disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms.
7. Liability & Disclaimer

SNJ CoWork shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use.

While we ensure safety and operational continuity, certain disruptions (power outage, maintenance, network downtime, etc.) may occur occasionally.
